Well today has gone tits-up TBH!! What with feeling ill, not going to the gym and missing breakfast therefore not consuming my calorific intake for the day its been a bit of a disaster!!
I have still posted my diet log of what I have had today. Also tomorrow is a new day! Hopefully the dizziness will not be there in the morning.
I am dreading tomorrow, back to work and you just know that my Boss and co-workers will bring in loads of left over xmas goodies that the families couldnt face eating anymore of!! I will have to be strong, stick to my menu and resist the urge of the goodies flaunting themselves in my direction!
You can do it!! :) I know what you mean about the office treats. Plan ahead - bring yourself some snacks and lots of water!!
