Whooo I weighted today and have lost 2lb!! Does this mean I've been quite good since the 26th dEC considering I havent really counted calories until since Tuesday!
Back to work and as predicted, in came the workers with chocs, biscuits, left over mince pies, turkish delight....the works!! But I resisted and kept to my planned menu and have just counted the calories up. Not too sure if its the correct amount I should be aiming for 1,300????
Am thinking about going to Salsa class tomorrow.....but am I brave enough and confident enough to go alone??.........
