Well I was up early at the crack of dawn today and did the weekly weigh-in --- 2.6lbs lost!!!!
I also dragged myself out of the house and started on my learning to run thingy.
I went to a waterpark that has a track of 1 mile around and followed the track walking with 30second bursts of running which, to be honest, it killed me. I havent ran since high school so this morning was a big thing for me!
But, to tell the truth, later on I felt really good and glad that I did it. I know it wasnt a full run but I have researched 'learning to run' and am following guides that say to build up that way you have les of a chance of injuring yourself.

Missing in action........
I know, I know I have been absent for a while. Things have been quite tough lately but now I'm back :)
The good thing is I haven't put on loads of weight whilst I have been away!!! However I have now got new goals and a new sense of motivation so I hope that I can conquer this beast of a disability (which is what this is really, when you're fat you are limited to how you feel, look, things you can do)
I have a friend who is willing to be my goal reward giver and I need to think of 5 rewards that they can give me when I reach my little stepping stones goals. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could have set as my rewards? Nothing expensive to be fair tho.

Missing inches!
I have faced the scales this morning, I am back to 198lbs, however, I am missing 1 1/2inches from around my waist. Whats all that about then??? I do suffer from Cronic IBS and sometimes have severe bloating so I am wondering if I was bloated when I measured up in December or by some miracle the skinny fairies have visited and pinched 1 1/2inches.
I hate being on this roller coaster weight loss ride, absolutly hate it!! I was told about a weight loss company who have started a new plan but I wont be taking part as they didnt help me last year so I cannot see what would have changed.
I think I need to go back to counting calories and see where I get to from that because what I have done in the past hasn't worked.

Challenge!!!
Ok, I know I have let myself down recently, however........I have a date!!!!! (nearly knocks myself out with my boobs from jumping up and down).....ah nothing that exciting tho, just an old friend who wants to meet up...........in about 10weeks time!!!

Worried....
Ok, its the first of the month, yesterday went pretty good in the food department, I was really good even had herbal tea. I seem to have lost my mojo somewhere over the last 2 weeks and need to get on a quest to find it again......wish me luck!! x

Reality check
OMG, just weighed and results not good :S
I have put on 7lbs with all my comfort eating. I need to get control back and pretty quick!! I cannot blame anyone but myself and I so need to try and NOT eat when my emotions and life go hay-wire.
Time to get tough, hopefully I can be tough on myself!!
