Well I was up early at the crack of dawn today and did the weekly weigh-in --- 2.6lbs lost!!!!
I also dragged myself out of the house and started on my learning to run thingy.
I went to a waterpark that has a track of 1 mile around and followed the track walking with 30second bursts of running which, to be honest, it killed me. I havent ran since high school so this morning was a big thing for me!
But, to tell the truth, later on I felt really good and glad that I did it. I know it wasnt a full run but I have researched 'learning to run' and am following guides that say to build up that way you have les of a chance of injuring yourself.
