Ewwwww.... I thought I'd give Scottish Oats a go this morning but it was like eating glue!!! I had 50g Oats (as recommended on the packet) and 300ml water and 10 raisins (to add a bit of sweetness) OMG there was loads and I could only eat a small portion of it!!! Where did I go wrong? Tomorrow I will try 40g with a little more water and I may have to add sweetner.
Havent done any exercise today except cleaning the cupboards out and making sure I have my own little cupboard for all my nuts/seeds/oats and herbal teas. I threw out loads of food and had to go to the skip again.
