Half-way through the week and TBH I am feeling like I have slightly more energy....now thats either because I am not eating as much crap as normal or could be the fact that I've not had take aways since xmas week or maybe all the water I'm drinking....who knows. I am tired earlier at night but that may have something to do with me getting up at 5.30am to try and get some exercising done before I go to work!
I am craving chocolate tho and the fact that pinky and perky want Hot Chocolate at night and the wonderful warm smell of chocolate fills the kitchen doesnt help!!!
I have heard from others that if you are a craving something sweet, like chocolate, to eat chicken. I know, I know, not quite the same, but maybe it'll help?
