Wow, I am totally so proud of myself, I set my alarm so I could go to the gym early today. The alarm went off, I woke but didnt move, decided I cant be bothered to go the gym, tried to go back to sleep, then asked myself what the frig am I doing??, kicked myself out of bed, got dressed and went the gym!! Yay me!!
I got there, met some new friends who was sooo busy chatting away (I have no idea how they did it because it made me so breathless!!) to me that I did the following;
Cross Trainer - 15mins - level 15 - yay up 5mins from Tuesday!!
Treadmill - 20mins - 5.5mph -
Bike - 20mins - 16.9mph
And coming home I felt really great that I had acomplished this today!!
