Diet review 27/12/10

Well I am doing my menu for the whole of January so I have something to follow and won't make it up as I go.  Today I will check out tips and hints for meals to have for break/lunch & Dinner.
I have also just bought 2 Pilates DVDs which should arrive in a few days ready for the new year!! One is for use with resistant bands and the other for use with my gym ball which has been gathering dust in the corner of my bedroom!!
I can't believe how out of control I have become in everything, but hopefully I will be able to gain back that control in 2011!!
